Develop and implement soccer training and conditioning programs for travel/select teams for players aged 5 to 18. Organize and implement recruiting efforts and maintain effective communication with Elite players, families, and club regarding all aspects of soccer programs (team and individual player needs, goals, and requirements, budget and financial concerns, administrative issues, etc.) Plan and maintain team budgets, maximizing use of financial resources. Strategically schedule training, tournament play, league games, and scrimmages to advance the development of teams and individual players. Supervise assistant coaches, managers, tournaments directors, financial directors, nutritionists, equipment managers, assistant referees, and players for various travel/select soccer programs. -2009 Julio Arjona Jr. was selected All Met of the year , Washington post, first team all-Gazette, All-America youth soccer player, selected ESPN rise first team, selected Maryland coaches association first team, and he was recruited by 45 division 1 colleges.

- 2009-present: 5 players were selected to top private schools in the area to play soccer such as Georgetown Pre, Bullis, St’s Johns, and Saint Albans.
- 2009-present: 3 players made MD ODP 95 and 96 and one made the VA ODP 96.
- 2008: United soccer academy finished third in the US Futsal National cup in Baltimore, MD.
- 2007: Julio Arjona was part of the D.C United team winning the first SUM MLS CUP.
- 2007-Present: Samir Badr, Shaq Phillip, and Julio Arjona are part of the U-17 men national program in Bradenton, Florida (U-17 US National).

- 2006-2007: Bethesda Roadrunners won Maryland State Cup, Disney Showcase, Bethesda, Baltimore, and Regional US Soccer Club tournaments. Bethesda Roadrunners finished 3rd on the region 1 tournament in Maine, and was number one team in the nation by National ranking.
- 2005- Present: Olney Arsenal 96 won different tournaments such as CASL, YMS, and SAC. Gedion N was selected to the MD ODP 95 team.
- 2006-2008: United Academy teams won regional Futsal Cup 2006, Maryland State Futsal Cup 2008, and local and regional 3x3 tournaments on 2007/2008.
- 2007: Sam Bradley, Shaq Phillip, Lester Dewee, and Julio Arjona were selected to the MD ODP 92 and Region 1 teams. In addition, Paul Torres, Peabo Doue, Christopher Woodruff, and Deshean, R were selected to the MD ODP 91 team.
